    Nana Goodness Gracious

    Although it’s rainy and cold here in the Bay Area lately, I’ve been NEEDING nana ice cream (I mean seriously, summertime come through!). And let me tell you, I’ve had some serious cravings for pecans! So I thought why not pair nanas and pecans together!? This recipe is packed with protein and tons of vitamins to nourish your body & soul! Tools: High-speed blender or food processor Ingredients:  2-3 frozen bananas dash of cinnamon plant-based vanilla protein powder (I used Sun Warrior protein powder) 8 oz. of almond milk Don’t forget to garnish with pecans and a few goji berries!
